Healthy Hunger 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Healthy Hunger initiatives at Copperfield School have been put on hold. We hope to resume this program soon!

TREAT DAYS

  • 1st Wednesday of each month

  • Open to ALL students (K-4)

FUN LUNCH

  • 3rd Wednesday of each month

  • Open to Grades 1-4 only

Vendors for Fun Lunch and Treat days are listed on the  Healthy Hunger website. To have your student(s) participate, visit www.healthyhunger.com 

to create an account.

**NOTE: Orders are due 5 days prior (by Friday before).

Fundscrip

FundScrip is an easy-to-use Canadian fundraising platform where buying gift cards is fast and easy and raises funds for the school at the same time!

 

At no extra cost to you, our supporters can purchase gift cards on this safe online platform from a variety of vendors, for everyday expenses or as gifts, and built into each card is a percentage giving back to the school.

Copperfield School has partnered with two COBS Bread locations (130th Ave SE and Mahogany Village) in their Dough Raiser Program.

 

Simply mention “Copperfield School” at the time of your purchase and 5% of the purchase value is donated back to us!

Textiles Recycling Bin

Trans-Continental Textile Recycling is a locally based recycling program that allows the public to recycle their unwanted clothing and textiles and by doing so, also generate funds for local charities, schools and non-profits. TCTR take full responsibility for the complete processing and distribution of textiles collected, from usable clothing to industrial wiping rags and textile waste.

 

Donate your unwanted clothing or textiles in the recycling bin located in the school staff parking lot.

 

**NOTE: Please ensure all donations are placed in plastic bags before depositing in the bin.

Bottle Donations

Families that wish to donate their bottles have two options.

​

Option 1: Bottle donations can be brought to the Deerfoot Bottle Depot located in Douglas Glen at 11440-29 Street SE.

 

Simply tell the cashier you’d like to donate your bottles to Copperfield School or label your bags with our name and drop off for sorting.

​

Option 1: Donate through Skip the Depot!! Click the link below and sign up for pickups.

 

Schedule a pickup, have your bottles ready for the time selected and your bottles will be picked up, counted and funds will be donated to our school!
