Volunteers have always been at the core of our school fundraising success. Our fundraisers and events depend entirely on parents, friends and families. Being a volunteer for our school truly makes a real difference in the lives of our students and staff.

Current Board Opportunities
See below for current Fundraising Association board opportunities. To volunteer for a position or if you have any questions, email us.
Secretary
Duties include:
-
record and keep meeting minutes for all meetings and AGM
-
in charge of all correspondence and/or documentation of the Association
-
responsible for all corporate filings and updating minutes book
-
sends out meeting notices
Time Commitment:
approx. 4 hrs/month
Fundraising Coordinator
Duties include:
-
responsible for researching new fundraising ideas and initial research for these ideas
-
follow up or help with fundraising ideas from other members
-
prepares proposals for fundraising ideas and presents at meetings
-
work with other members of association to plan and run fundraisers and events
Time Commitment:
approx. 4 hrs/month
Volunteer Coordinator
Duties include:
-
responsible for gathering and maintaining volunteer contact information
-
help to arrange volunteers for events
-
oversee volunteers during events
-
communicate to the association before and after events to ensure volunteer needs were met
